Natural hair care tips This will not only make you more relaxed, but you’ll also look more attractive. Here are some simple & easy updos to make your hair manageable in the summer.
- Sock Bun
- Wouldn’t it be great to look like a ballet dancer from the past? The term “sock bun” may sound strange to you, but there’s no better way to get the look of a giant bun – especially if your hair texture is thin.
- How-to: The rolling technique is best for making the sock bun. Cut the toe of a black or dark-colored sock using scissors. The hose should be rolled into a donut. Pull your hair into a ponytail, and then pull the ends through the center hole of the sock. Spread your hair tips over the hose, tucking them under to cover the sock. Roll the sock slowly down to the bottom. Your hair will move along with the sock as you flip it downward. To secure the bun, pin the hair at the base. Use Vatika Henna & Olive Shampoo to add shine and bounce to your hair.
- Topknot with French Braid
- Women are updating their simple updos with a funky party vibe this summer. A French braid upside-down under your topknot will add a hidden element. The polished topknot is also easy to create in less than five minutes.
- How-to: Start by dabbing a little. Dabur Almond Oil Apply a light texture to your hair for a feathery feel. Turn your head upside-down and braid your hair in a French braid. Start at the nape, working your way up. Pull your hair up into a high bun as you reach the crown of your head. Wrap hair around the base, and then pin the ends. Tie the elastic. Use pomade to smooth out gravity-driven flyaways at the top and side of your hair. This natural hair care tip will make your hair shiny and smooth, giving this hairstyle a feathery appearance.
- The Bohemian Crown
- The look started as a fancy updo but has evolved into a braided 360-degree headband.
- How-to: Smoothen your hair with smoothing cream while still damp to prevent strands from falling out—French braid the two-inch hair section around your hairline, starting just above the right ear. Continue braiding the rest of the hair into a regular, non-attached plait and secure the ends with a clear rubber. This braid should be placed along the inside rim of the French Braid and held in place by bobby pins.
- Ponytail tucked over
- Looped Ponies have always been an easy solution to sweaty days. If done correctly, you can look effortlessly chic.
- How-to: Use your fingertips to pull your hair from your face into a ponytail on the crown. The surface will look more organic. Cover the elastic with a small section by wrapping the hair around the base and tucking the ends under. Backcomb the ponytail to add volume, then roll the ends upwards and outwards until they reach the top of your crown. Pin the ends at the base of the ponytail and gently pull the ponytail to create a fanning effect. Spray a good amount of hairspray to keep all the strands in position.
- Braided Bun
- The braided bun is a great way to save yourself from the summer heat and look sophisticated. It has just the right texture. It’s also our favorite style for wedding season.
- How-to: Create a side part and pull your hair into a ponytail on the nape. On each side, leave out 2-inch sections just above the ears. Braid the teams and the ponytail. Now you should have three braids, one large braid, and two side braids. Then, wrap the braided hair around the base and pin it. Cross the side braids at the bottom and pin the ends. And you’re done!
